An Update on the Community

The community previously introduced as Shantiniketan TX is now moving forward independently under its original name, Mohan Kunj.

The vision, location, homes, and development timeline remain unchanged. Early advisory discussions helped shape the concept, and today the project is fully owned, developed, and managed by the Mohan Kunj team.

Construction is underway, homes are being reserved, and the community is progressing as planned.
